What happens to my $50 reservation fee?

It's held in your wallet the moment you place your first bid on a lot. If you lose, it refunds within 24 hours. If you win, it's credited toward your deposit. If you win and fail to settle within 72 hours, it's forfeited and a strike is added to your account.

How is the landed cost calculated?

Win price + RoRo shipping + Nigerian customs duty (35%) + levies (7% NAC, 7.5% VAT) + Tin Can port handling + DriveQ platform fee (3%, capped at $2,500). You see the breakdown on every listing before you bid.

What if I am outbid in the last minute?

The anti-snipe rule extends the auction by 5 minutes if a bid lands in the final 5 minutes. You will get a real-time toast plus email and WhatsApp notification.

Can I source vehicles outside the UAE?

At launch, DriveQ vehicles come from UAE auction houses. We add US (Manheim, Copart) and UK (BCA) in Q3 2027.

Who can register as a dealer?
